Ingredients
- 1 Cup boiled Sweet Corn
- 1 or 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves
- 3 tbsp Fresh Yoghurt
- 1 Garlic flake
- Salt to taste
- 1/2tsp black pepper powder
Method
Blend 1/2 cup boilled corn, green chillies, garlic, mint leaves yoghurt and salt in a blender to coarse paste.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup boiled corn and pepper powder to this paste and garnish it with mint leaves and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with chips, tortillas,etc..
