Thotakura (Amaranth Leaves) Pappu

What You Need:

Ingredients:

• Kandi Pappu/Toor Dal - 1cup
• Tomatoes - 5 medium
• Onion - 1 small

Beerakaya Pesara Pappu

This is another version of Beerakaya Pesara Pappu cooked by my Mom. This Recipe is similar to Beerakaya (RidgeGourd) Pappu but this recipe is cooked without water i.e with steam.

SORAKAYA(BOTTLEGOURD) PESARA PAPPU

Ingredients:

• Sorakaya/Bottle Gourd - 1 small chopped into cubes or 3 cups
• Pesara pappu/Moong Dal - 1 cup

Thotakura Senaga Pappu

Ingredients:

• Senaga Pappu/Bengal gram - 1 cup
• Thotakura/Amaranthus - 3 bunches

Palakura Pappu Recipe

Ingredients:

• Kandi Pappu/Toor Dal - 1 cup
• Palakura/Spinach - 3 cups finely chopped

Beerakaya/Ridge Gourd Pappu Recipe

 

Ingredients:

• Beerakaya/Ridge Gourd - 2 chopped into cubes
• Pesara pappu/Moong Dal - 1 cup
• Onion - 1 chopped

Tomato Pappu Recipe

Ingredients:

• Kandi Pappu/Toor dal - 1 Cup 
• Tomatoes - 3 cut into cubes
• Green Chillies chopped- 4 

Gangavalli Kura Pappu Recipe

Mudda Pappu Recipe

Ingredients:

• Kandi Pappu (Toor dal) - 1 cup 
• 2 Cups of water
