- 1/2 cup Palak (Spinach) Puree
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 Onion
- 1tbsp Green Chilli paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 6 tbsp of oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For Palak Puree: Wash palak leaves. In a mixer take palak leaves and onion and make puree.
- In a bowl sift flour, puree, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, salt and oil.
- Make a sift dough use little water.
- Make small balls and roll out thin chapatis.
- On a hot tawa cook the chapatis on both sides.
