Ingredients:
- 2 cups rawa
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
- 1 onion
- 2tbsp coriander leaves
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
- Boil water, add rawa and cook till it forms a smooth dough.
- Let it cool and add all the ingredients except oil to make a firm dough.
- Make balls and pat on net cloth to thin/thick rotis.
- Now take a roti tawa and cook rotis on both sides using oil.
- Serve hot.
