Ingredients :
- Large Prawns - 500gms
- Onion - 1 large
- Green Chillies - 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2tbsp
- Dry Coconut powder - 3tbsp (optional)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1tbsp
- Coriander Powder/Dhaniyala podi - 1tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
- Dalchini/Cinnamon -1
- Elachi/Cardamom-2
- Lavangam/Cloves-2
- Garam Masala - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
- Coriander/Cilantro leaves - for garnishing
Method:
- Devein, wash and clean prawns thoroughly.
- Mix well Prawns, Red chilli powder, Pepper Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, Salt and 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and marinate it for 30 to 45minutes.
- Meanwhile grind Onion, green chillies, remaining ginger garlic paste and coconut powder to a fine smooth paste.
- Now Heat oil in a pan. Add elachi, dalchini and cloves and fry for 1minute.
- Add the ground paste and fry in low flame till the paste turns brown color.
- Now add the marinated prawns, and mix well and cover with a lid and cook till they are done.
- Remove the lid and fry until the prawns are tender or completely cooked.
- Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon wedges and serve hot

liked the blog very much as I was searching for a long time ,for common telugu recipes which can be useful for myself(new to cooking) and the beginners of cooking.I request to post some commonly made basic breakfast recipes like idli,poori,dosa etc..
