Ingredients:
Method:
- Cabbage - 250gms finely chopped.
- Aloo/Potatoes - 2 medium chopped into cubes.
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Green Chilli Paste - 2tbsp or 3 green chillies chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Fresh Coconut powder - 2tbsp
- Curry leaves - 2stems
- Avalu/mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Jeelakarra/cumin seeds - 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow it to splutter.
- Add curry leaves, onions and green chilli paste and fry for 5minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 5minutes.
- Add potatoes and fry until the potatoes are 3/4th cooked.
- Now add cabbage, salt and fry until potatoes and cabbage is well cooked. (Add little bit water if required)
- Add coconut powder, fry for 5minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
