Potato Dumplings

Ingredients:
  • Boiled Potatoes - 4 to 5
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup rawa 
  • Green chillies chopped - 2
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 1 sliced bread
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 1tbsp coriander leaves
  • oil to fry
  • salt to taste

    Method:
    • Mash the boiled potatoes.
    • Add rawa, milk, green chillies, butter, bread slice, spring onions, coriander leaves and salt.
    • Mix all the ingredients smoothly.
    • Heat oil in a pan and make small balls of the dough and deep fry them.
    • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
