Masala Rawa Roti

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rawa
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1 onion
  • 2tbsp coriander leaves
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

    Method:
    • Boil water, add rawa and cook till it forms a smooth dough.
    • Let it cool and add all the ingredients except oil to make a firm dough.
    • Make balls and pat on net cloth to thin/thick rotis.
    • Now take a roti tawa and cook rotis on both sides using  oil.
    • Serve hot.
