Palak (Spinach) Khakras

Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup Palak (Spinach) Puree
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 Onion
  • 1tbsp Green Chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 6 tbsp of oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:
  • For Palak Puree: Wash palak leaves. In a mixer take palak leaves and onion and make puree.
  • In a bowl sift flour, puree, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, salt and oil.
  • Make a sift dough use little water.
  • Make small balls and roll out thin chapatis.
  • On a hot tawa cook the chapatis on both sides.
