Ingredients:
- Chikkudu Seeds(Indian Broad Beans Seeds) - 250gms
- Green Chillies - 5 chopped
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Garlic - 6 flakes chopped
- Karvepaaku/Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Avalu/mustard seeds - 1tsp
- Jeelakarra/cumin seeds- 1tsp
- Oil - 4tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water
Method:
- Boil chikkudukaya seeds with little salt.
- Drain water and keep chikkudu seeds aside.
- Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow it to splutter.
- Add green chillies, onion, garlic and curry leaves and fry for 5minutes.
- Add boiled chikkudu seeds and fry for 15minutes.
- Serve hot as side dish or can be served as snack.
