Ingredients:
- Cauliflower Florets - 2cups
- Eggs - 2 to 3
- Green Chillies - 3 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1stem
- Avalu/Mustard seeds- 1tsp
- Jeelakarra/Cumin seeds - 1tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Boil Cauliflower florets in hot water with a pinch of salt for 5minutes. Drain water and keep florets aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add green chillies, onions, curry leaves and fry for 5minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till onions turns golden brown.
- Now add partly boiled cauliflower florets and fry for 10minutes.
- Now beat the eggs in a bowl and pour over cauliflower florets.
- Don't mix now, close the pan with lid and allow eggs to cook i.e for 10minutes.
- Now mix well eggs and florets. Add pepper powder and fry for 5minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
