Ingredients:
- Cauliflower florets - 3 cups
- Onion - 1 large
- Green Chillies -2
- Dry Coconut Powder - 1/2cup
- Tomato - 1 large finely chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1tbsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 3tbsp
- For Ground Paste : Grind onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coconut powder to a fine smooth paste.
- Chop tomatoes finely and keep aside.
- Boil Cauliflower florets in hot water with a pinch of salt for 5minutes. Drain water and keep florets aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the ground paste and fry until the paste turns golden brown.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, pepper powder and chopped tomatoes and fry for 10minutes.
- Now add Cauliflower florets and cook until the cauliflower are tender or well cooked.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
