Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1kg
- Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped
- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
- Red Chilli Powder- 4 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)- 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 4 tablespoon
- Miryala powder (pepper powder)- 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch finely chopped
- Curry Leaves- 4 stems finely chopped
- Water- 500ml
- Mix well Chicken, Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Turmeric powder and Tomatoes.
- Take a bowl and boil the above mixture in water for 30minutes or until the chicken is 3/4th cooked.
- Now heat oil in a pan. Add the boiled chicken and fry for 15minutes.
- Add chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and pepper powder and fry for 10minutes.
- Finally garnish it with coriander leaves, onions and serve hot.
