Chicken Roast Recipe



Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 1kg
  • Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped 
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder- 4 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder (dhaniya powder)- 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 4 tablespoon
  • Miryala powder (pepper powder)- 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch finely chopped
  • Curry Leaves- 4 stems finely chopped
  • Water- 500ml

Method:
  • Mix well Chicken, Ginger Garlic paste, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Turmeric powder and Tomatoes.
  • Take a bowl and boil the above mixture in water for 30minutes or until the chicken is 3/4th cooked.
  •  Now heat oil in a pan. Add the boiled chicken  and fry for 15minutes.
  • Add chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and pepper powder and fry for 10minutes.
  • Finally garnish it with coriander leaves, onions and serve hot.
