Egg Curry Recipe



Ingredients:
  • Eggs - 4
  • Onions - 4 chopped 
  • Tomato - 1 medium finely chopped
  • Green Chillies - 4 chopped
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Corainder powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 4tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves chopped finely - 3tbsp
  • Curry leaves/karvepaaku - 2stems
  • Avalu/mustard seeds - 1tsp
  • Jeelakarra/cumin seeds - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Add chopped green chillies, curry leaves and fry.
  • Add chopped onions and fry till onion turns golden brown color.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and fry for 5mintues.
  • Add chopped tomato and fry till they become soft.
  • Now beat eggs in pan. Allow it to cook for 5minutes and dont mix it right now.
  • Now mix the eggs well breaking it into small pieces and fry for 10 to 15mintues or until they are cooked.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt and coriander powder and fry for 5mintues.
  • Finally garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
