Ingredients:
- Carrots -3 finely chop into small cubes
- Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
- Green Chillies - 1 finely chopped
- Garlic - 5 flakes chopped
- Curry Leaves/Karveepaku - 2 sprigs
- Red Chilli powder - 1tsp
- Coriander/Dhaniya powder - 1tsp
- Avalu/mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
- Jeelakarra/cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil - 2tbsp
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Avalu, Jeelakarra and allow it to splutter.
- Add green chillies, curry leaves, garlic and fry for 1minute.
- Add chopped onions, turmeric powder and fry till onion turns golden color.
- Now add chopped Carrot cubes and fry till carrots become tender or well cooked.
- Add Salt, Coriander/Dhaniya powder and red chilli powder and mix well and fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
